Day Two

Good morning.. How was day one?

Today’s chapter talks about using a pedometer. To track your steps you can use a fitness tracker as well. There are a ton of apps that do this and if you have a smart watch you already are doing this. The minimum steps a day to have a healthy heart is 10,000. Each step is a step towards living a healthier life style and having a better temple.

Strive to do a little bit better each day. Don’t limit yourself! All the doubt in your mind give it to God and try a little harder. Anna tells us ” if you never stop walking with Christ you never stop your Christ Walk.” I always want to have Christ walking with me, through each day and everything I face. I know as long as I’ve got him than anything is possible. She also says and I love this “your trail is only limited by your imagination. Faith in God will keep you going along the way.” We are always bluffing ourselves therefore limiting ourselves. Why limit yourself when all things are possible with God.

“Teach them to your children talking about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise.” -Deuteronomy 11:19

Carey and teach the Lords word to all.

“All things can be done for the one who believes.” -Mark 9:23

I challenge you today to stretch your muscles.

I pray that the first day on 2018 was a great day for everyone. I pray that God will speak to your and help guide you through this study. I ask that we can all learn something and build a better temple together in the next 49 days.
