Day Ten

I like calling this chapter “Portion distortion”…Gluttony just sounds a little harsh, but I REALLY LOVE FOOD!!! Just make sure you are eating “The right amount of food, in the right amount for your activity level” this is they key to a healthy diet and it will probably look different for everyone! If you work out hardcore you should probably eat more than someone like me who only does yoga! your body will need more protein and calories to handle that hardcore workout!

Sorry yall, today isn’t very Jesus-y! But Jesus loves you and I hope you have a blessed day!

I challenge you today to pay attention to your portions!
